The Risk Assessment and Management Process (RAMP) is an early identification and intervention process designed to improve the wellbeing and access to learning opportunities for at-risk students.

It has been developed, trialled and evaluated over a seven year period and has been implemented in more than 40 primary and secondary schools in the state of Victoria in Australia.

It is now available for schools to purchase and implement. The availability of the training package and CDROM means that RAMP can be self-implemented by schools.
